This is Narad’s place of worship. Devarishi Narad became impatient here while singing about Krishna's sweet pastimes.
Bhaktiratnakar says:
dekhaha narad Kund narad khane
haila maha adhairya krishna lila gane
Just see this Narad-Kund, where Narad lost all patience while singing about Sri Krishna's pastimes.
