1930 - 18 months imprisonment.
1933 - 6 months imprisonment and Rs 300 fine for participation in Non-cooperation Movement (non-violent resistance).
1941 - 1 year imprisonment and Rs 200 fine.
1942 - Under detention during the Quit India Movement.
