Maharani Swarnmayi Temple / महारानी स्वर्णमयी का मन्दिर

  • This temple is located near the bank of the Yamuna in Vrindavan and was built by Maharani Swarnmayi, wife of Kumar Krishnanath.
  • He was the great grandson of the well-known Kant Baba of Kasim-bazar, West Bengal.
  • Previously, a deity of Shri Shyam Sundar was worshipped in this temple.
  • Now Shri Gopinathji, installed by Maharani, resides here.
