Swayambhuv / स्वायंभुव

• Swayambhuv was the first of the fifteenth Manu, and hence the Manu of the first Manvantar.
• Svayambhuv and his sister Shatrupa were the mind-born children of Brahma.
• Svayambhuv married Shatrupã and they had two sons, Priyvrat and Uttanpad, and three daughters, namely Prasuti, Devhuti and Akuti.
