Here, Radha and Krishna and the sakhis became so absorbed in their playful pastimes that they entirely forgot to eat, what to speak of to return home.
Vrinda devi finally reminded them to go home.
This place became known as Tiloyar because here Krishna and the gopis were not even slightly conscious of the passing of time.
Tilamatra means "very slightly" and is used in Hindi to denote a very slight measurement of time or space.
Tiloyar is also situated on the border of Braj Mandal.
Muslims of the meva caste reside in the villages around here.
